  difficult vendor to deal with. 100% incorrect power supply sent. I have tried contacting many times. Sent pictures showing the power supply does not fit Dyson DC44. Vendor will still not acknowlege they supplied incorrect power supply. Vendor asked if i would accept partial refund. why would i accept partial refund ?? Ad is incorrect for model. Would not recommend this vendor, i still do not have the correct power supply, so cannot use the Dyson DC44 vacuum. Very disappointing

  Buying from this seller was a mistake. Item arrived faulty. Seller advised to wait two weeks for a replacement to be sent. With no resolution after this wait time, seller would not answer any further messages requesting an update. They've simply ghosted me. If you don't want the disappointment, don't buy from this seller. There are many others that sell the same items and probably more reliable.
