  Thief & scammer. I requested a refund of the item I ordered as it wasn’t what I was expecting. They sent me 3 boxes as I ordered 3 quantities. I requested a refund & only received 1/3 return labels. When I queried it they made me pay for the remaining return labels which cost me $54 & given I had to return the boxes on 2 separate occasions, the seller only refunded me 1/3 of what was owed to me because the second delivery arrived days later instead & now the seller isn’t responsive & won’t reply

  Buying from this seller was a mistake. Item arrived faulty. Seller advised to wait two weeks for a replacement to be sent. With no resolution after this wait time, seller would not answer any further messages requesting an update. They've simply ghosted me. If you don't want the disappointment, don't buy from this seller. There are many others that sell the same items and probably more reliable.

  Item arrived, thank you. Very poorly presented & was disgusted in regards that there was no packing around the item such it wasn't even in a postage bag or even wrapped in brown paper - just the box with the item inside with the postage label stuck on it. The item was easily accessible if someone wanted to go through the item & even wanted to either obtain or "add" something to have you set up. With the postage contractor - Aramax - they can't even keep their tracking up to date!
