I received this brand new graphic equalizer with damage to the casing. I received a less than sympathetic response regarding this issue. I haven't had a chance to check if it works properly yet. The only responce I got from the seller was, Sorry, Bad shipping & Regards, not an ideal response, seems this is just one of those company's that really just don't care. Poor Customer Service 🤔
