This issue is not resolved. This is scam. 1. Received damaged radiator & wanted to return & replace it. (No more in stock) they offered partial refund if I give good review. I have a show car & now ordering auxiliary fan to hide damage - added Cost! This tactic of bribing customer in order to get refund is very shady. Why does EBay allow this practice to continue. I want full refund and not give a good review also I’m contacting my credit card company to investigate

Ebay's policies were clearly played by you.Our treatment plan was discussed with you and you agreed to it.I think keeping your word is the most basic quality of a person,there's nothing we can do if you change your mind.I can only say that our handling methods, in accordance with the customer's opinion.

I'm actually not sure what I think but we are going to see if they stand behind there products the radiator is leaking at the seams I'm waiting to see if the refund actually comes back if it does I will buy from them again I installed this rite at 3 months and couldn't find were the antifreeze wad coming from till then I'm not really happy with the money wasted and my time SUCKS

Part extremely damaged before packaging. Box doesn’t show any outer/inner damage. Will not buy again from this seller. 😡 I’ve been doing welding most of my life and this doesn’t get straightened out very well even with heat. It’s all aluminum and once it’s warped it will crack trying to bend it back. 🤯
