    This is a cute little shovel. Reasonably priced and arrived on schedule. The packaging could have been better. There was no padding, and the trip through the mail left a small scuffed hole in the wrapping and carrying case and a little scratch on the end of the spade. Otherwise, it looks as noted in the description and pictures.

    Everything went well overall. I had a problem with the US to AU power adaptor being broken, in my opinion in transit as it was loose in packaging. Seller refunded me fair amount for the adaptor and I was able to purchase a replacement from Bunnings. I have used the metal blade to cut some steel and the hobby saw earned it's purchase and most happy with it. Delivered as described in listing. Thank you!

    Box arrived damaged, contacted them and let them know as I didn't have time to inspect it right away. They offered a partial refund if the item was damaged before we even knew. It wasn't and I thanked them for the offer and declined it as there wasn't any issue with the item just the packaging was messed up.
