The Faceplate arrived well packed, exactly as described(actually better!) and the selector switch section decal was also included!! The seller is an authorized McIntosh parts manufacturer. They make a small production of vintage faceplates and other parts. I can’t wait to buy from these guys again!! Communication was beyond incredible!!! ♥️I highly recommend them!!

Bulletproof packaging! My issue is as follows:
Description said serviced; yes... just not fully.
Pointer light was out. I did not mention this to the seller as it is not complicated for me to replace, then, upon arrival, it turned out that the RR scope meter was dead. Sent videos to seller to confirm, no damage during travel. Failure is not mechanical. I had to replace the scope with the one from my old 949A. I'm still waiting for a solution /part from seller. (it's been 1+ months)
