  I received the item in a timely manner, they work and I got them for about one third the price of new ones. The description stated open box everything sealed, never used. This is false. The tips were not included in the box and after downloading the app there was a name attached to them. Clearly used.

  The item was listed as NEW.I received it and found the box taped together. after opening the box noted scratches on the monitor and connecting cable missing. It was a used and nonfunctional monitor. Very disappointing that sellers try to fool customers by listing defective items as new. I am disappointed.
