The item was advertised as new but it wasn't, and it wasn't the item in the photo.
It arrived sealed and with no shipping damage. The parts that were broken off the PCB did not exist in the packaging, and could not have fallen out as they were far too large.
Upon further inspection, there were also wear marks on every single connection point to indicate the item was not exactly new, either. Possibly tested, or installed once.
