    I had ordered the two pack of the Dewalt galvanized staples. Although both boxes were shipped only one arrived. The second box got stuck in transition with no help from the shipper. I reached out to the seller and when neither could get answers from the shipper, the seller shipped another box very quickly. This one arrived quickly as did the first. The seller responded promptly to my emails and made it right. I would highly recommend this seller. Their customer service is amazing.

    Seller communicated the next day after I ordered this that the item was damaged. They said because customer satisfaction was important they would not ship it and that was their last one. They offered a refund if I didn't want to wait for the next shipment. I cancelled the order and they refunded my purchase price. Awesome seller.

    the first delivery was reported to have been damaged and discarded....the replacement delivery just arrived...only a few days after reporting of the first...The 2nd was also damaged around the top lid....But I think I can work around that....Accidents happen....All in all....good service....very quick response to the disappearance of first delivery...super fast replacemnt delivery...great Customer Service.
