  This seller is not based in Australia even though they will try and argue that they are. I sent messages asking where my items were as they didn’t turn up, they didn’t answer but magically my items were finally sent the day after. I then had to chase them again as nothing had arrived after 10 days. They had no idea and couldn’t be bothered and just said they resent my item (which is not true) and to check my address. Don’t buy from this company. Liars.

  Quite disappointed unfortunately. Bought a tag from this seller a couple years ago for one pet and the experience was great, so we decided to buy one for our other pet through the same seller. The window for when we should’ve received the item came and went, and I kindly messaged the seller asking when we would be expecting it. No answer. I lodged an inquiry through eBay and I was given a refund with zero explanation as to why they couldn’t fulfill the order or any apology. Bummer, but oh well.
