  This is a well made piece of equipment. I’m learning to use it on fruit juices and honey. I take care when cleaning the ‘testing surface’ and the cover plate. I rate this retailer VERY highly: I ordered on the Friday and it was delivered on the Monday. Their customer service was very timely I.e. they responded within 12 hours, not the days I have experienced with some retailers.

  Prompt delivery and well made. Unfortunately there was no mains plug included as was advertised. The seller has apologised and acknowledged their mistake. They cannot provide a plug but offered a discount which I was happy to accept.
