      We paid for express postage and the seller sent it as a standard post when we queried the postage whereabouts we were to it was not the sellers issue but an Australia post issue. After package arrived the standard postage label verified the seller had not sent it express as we had paid for. A refund was requested on the postage.

      The postage was a mistake on our part. When the buy brought it to our attention and asked for a refund, we immediately refunded the buyer for the postage paid. A pity he didn't mention this.
