  Ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet from the seller. The right handle was bent upward. Listing noted "open box", I'm ok with that. What I received was damaged. I contacted the seller 3 times through ebay to resolve, I have confirmation emails, the seller ignored me. Just beware. I would not buy from this seller again. I would only purchase from a legitimate online plumbing store. There is a reason why this seller has so many "open" box items. Probably defective or quality rejects.
