My dog loves his mat. He has lay on it every day since we gave it to him. The size and the description of the mat was very accurate. The seller was very helpful when delivery didn't go to plan - not their fault. The courier company has a bad reputation in our area. Seller helped me track down the delivery - much appreciated. Never again. They use delivery services that have a bad reputation for not delivering so package was not even attempted delivery and just dropped off at a pick up point. With an injury at the time was very inconvenient to go and pick up. When I received the item it was a complete waste of money. Cheaply made. Doesn't suck. Will be buying a genuine dyson head again.
