The item arrived broken and the packaging was squashed. I mentioned this to the seller and was offered a full refund of the purchase and postage price (if applicable). I have accepted this but I would suggest better packaging for future items to prevent these issues. The communication between myself and the seller was excellent.

Not quite as expected, but a starting place to add other medals (with the words "6 pack" I thought I was getting 2 x 6 hangers, not just 2 individual hangers!). Have found less expensive supplier so will use them for other 10 hangers. But arrived sooner than expected, which is good.

Package arrive with the postage bag ripped and the box was all bashed in on all corners, item was undamaged but after setting up and barely a minute of playing the game started to slow down and lag very badly, I tried multiple game on different systems and where all the same, I am awaiting a reply from the seller to get some feedback on this issue.
