My item arrived in awful packaging and the item itself was damaged and unusable.
I contacted the seller for a full refund (included a photograph and full description) and they only offered me a partial refund. The item was low value so I just couldn’t be bothered to fight the seller over a full refund. I’ve since not bothered to chase.
But be warned about this seller…I would look elsewhere, as if something goes wrong, you’re likely to find it hard to get a full refund.
Avoid. Not recommended.

Ordered item as it stated it was from London, but seller is based in China so it was a week before item arrived. When it arrived I was shocked that the parcel has been ripped open & the item inside had been melted (attached photos). Contacted seller who offered part refund, I refused it asking for a full refund or replacement item as a part refund was no use as I couldn’t use the item due to the damage. I opened up a dispute with eBay & only then did I get a full refund.

Perfect. Well made (of quality neoprene) and just about fits, even my big head (being fully adjustable) The price is great too. My only problem, is it went walk about, around the country (but this was no fault of seller, all Yodel's fault) the seller gave great communication and assured me, they would replace, had it not arrived.
