Shelving arrived today , every piece is scratched and missing chunks of powder coat, and some already showing surface rust. Packaged very poorly and 3 of four uprights twisted I’m assuming due to delivery, was a battle to get together but once together seems ok. I assume you get what you pay for but should have been packed a lot better.
Especially for the postage price.

It was in perfect condition before we shipped it. You can't lie with your eyes open. The cheapest lightweight shelf you bought, don't you know? Are you saying we should give you the diamond? Every one of our shelves is in perfect condition,
