    This was second purchase from Gravitech, as our first ones were faulty. Once notified of the faulty product the team promptly organised to get the item for inspection. The inspection was prompt and determination of made quickly. They came back to us with several options to resolve the matter. As the service has been outstanding, we were happy to purchase a replacement set from Gravitech, where we were able to purchase the newer model, only paying the difference. Thanks Guys!!
