Seller was quick with delivery. Suit arrived promptly and new in package as described. The suit was far smaller than what the measurements would lead you to believe—I think the brand’s sizing is off. It would have been helpful to have a customer review of the brand’s sizing for the swimsuit. I did reach out to the seller but did not receive a reply. No action was requested, I just wanted to offer that the sizing was quite a bit smaller in actuality.

My purchased item was out of stock and sold out. Even so, the seller marked my order as shipped. He confirmed that it was out of stock. So I asked him a refund for the total value. In vain. I will have to ask help to PayPal and stop buying on this website. I can"t .ake a complain till rge delivery time finishes, but the item was not shipped!!!!! It is inadmissible.

Customer was notified of the issue & given options. They requested to wait for re-stock. We gave updates on the status of the item, still giving options for alternate size, refund or to wait. Now customer opened a case demanding refund that they didn't receive the item. Customer has been refunded in full.

Customer was sent the exact item ordered. Same item as pictured & described with the same item number & SKU. The manufacturer updated their packaging with a different model wearing the same lingerie costume. We have been very polite & have responded to all emails. Customer had also requested that the item be protected so the packaging box would not be crushed so we shipped the item in a cardboard box as we usually use mailing bags. Also the item was clearly marked as discontinued & final sale.

NO IT WAS NOT IN THE BOXED PICTURED!!! THAT IS FRAUDULENT AND IS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH, AND IS ILLEGAL! YOU USED THE MORE SALACIOUS OLDER PICTURES TO INCREASE SALES, YOU HAVE HAD MANY MONTHS TO UPDATE YOUR PHOTO'S BUT DO NOT ALSO YOU DO NOT NOTE THIS IN YOUR DESRCIPTION!
