  Very nice quality, good value and appearance. The first set I got had the glass pipes next to each other in a thin bubble wrap and one was broken. I set a photo to the seller and in less than a week the seller set a replacement set. This time the glass pipes were individually bubble wrap then wrap it more bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition.

  When I had gotten my package everything was well packed, sadly it only had one of the two bongs I had ordered. But after messaging them they responded very quickly apologizing and informed me that they would be sending me the other one as quickly as they can. Its the holidays so I know that these guys are probably slammed with orders right now, but I'm very happy that they had gotten back to me so quickly about the mishap. I look forward to receiving the other bong when it arrives!
