On a positive note, package arrived quickly and perfectly! Item is brand new with tags and exactly as shown. Great customer service, thank you! Unfortunately, it was a pricey purchase including shipping for what it is, especially when converted to Canadian currency. It is a rare find now, which I understand. It is a gift for a child who desperately wanted it, so I splurged. But knowing this retailed for around $15 CDN when it was available in stores was disappointing.

Contacted the seller immediately and they worked with me to fix the issue, sending another out right away, which came in good shape.
