  Listing said Instant Pot was unused, in new condition. What I received was used and damaged. Huge Crack on plastic part of lid, 1 large dent and 1 small one on outside. Seller only replied to 1 message saying condition was as stated in the listing. Insurance through the USPS for $100, but it has to be filed by the seller. He never replied to further messages regarding return. I can't give it as a gift as planned or sell it. Quality: Damaged. Condition: Damaged. Appearance: Broken. Value: $0.
