    Thrilled with my purchase of the Omen 27qs monitor which is a massive upgrade on my previous one. Picture is clear, colours are accurate and the brightness is fantastic. Absolutely amazing value too. Came very well packaged and brand new as described. On a side note, I had an issue with the first monitor I was sent and HP was able to sort the issue in about a week, organising a replacement. Would highly recommend HP if you’re looking for a monitor. A very responsive and honest seller!

    Great service, there was some minor processing delays but seller was in contact immediately and provided details of the progression of them being resolved. Would be nice if the Firmware could be updated prior to delivery, or at least a note or message from the seller when there are known issues. The original firmware had some significant issues with the KVM switch, but a quick update fixed them and the monitor has been fantastic since.
