    What an amazing company is S Twins! Each person I dealt with there was knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. The sales rep did extra research to check if the part was suitable for my car and got back to me - and when they promised a time frame to call - they kept their word. I received my item less than 24 hours after ordering it even though delivery was estimated to be 1-3 days. It was packaged so well. Such high standards and service are sadly too rare today. Thank you so much!

    Item and postage cost was reasonable with the delivery only taking 2 days from NSW to VIC. The item (seatbelt) was well packaged however the seatbelt I received ended up having some fraying and my mechanic deemed it unroadworthy (I appreciate NSW standards for this may differ to VIC’s), when I raised the issue with the seller they rectified the matter quickly and provided a refund. The customer/after sales service was great and I’d recommend this seller.

Packaging was excellent as well and I was able to reuse it for the return. In the end was refunded without delay. Will not hesitate to purchase again should they have anything I need 👍

    Was exactly as described and was the item pictured in the listing. Very efficently and effectively/safely packaged for transit and delivery to NQLD. Arrived at a speed which surprised me, and nil damage whatsover. Although I can not confirm its working status as I have not installed as it was only received 20 mins ago given its timeframe and good physical condition I wanted to simpy shout out the positive ASAP.
