    I bought sun visor for my vw tiguan. I was texting Stwins to get some advice to see if it fits my car. They helped all along and they were very pleasant to deal with. My product arrived on the same day I ordered. The packaging was perfect, it also arrived as described on the photo. The dealership was charging me $560 including fitments, but I got the sun visor for a really good price at Stwins auto parts. I would deal with them again next time I need parts for my car.

    What an amazing company is S Twins! Each person I dealt with there was knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. The sales rep did extra research to check if the part was suitable for my car and got back to me - and when they promised a time frame to call - they kept their word. I received my item less than 24 hours after ordering it even though delivery was estimated to be 1-3 days. It was packaged so well. Such high standards and service are sadly too rare today. Thank you so much!

    Item and postage cost was reasonable with the delivery only taking 2 days from NSW to VIC. The item (seatbelt) was well packaged however the seatbelt I received ended up having some fraying and my mechanic deemed it unroadworthy (I appreciate NSW standards for this may differ to VIC’s), when I raised the issue with the seller they rectified the matter quickly and provided a refund. The customer/after sales service was great and I’d recommend this seller.

    Honest seller. Item was not as described. Return shipping was processed at no cost to me and the seller tried everything to find me a replacement. Packaging was excellent as well and I was able to reuse it for the return. In the end was refunded without delay. Will not hesitate to purchase again should they have anything I need 👍
