This is the second time I have bought something from this seller and when I am waiting for them to ship they give me a refund because for some reason they cannot ship. I don't know why they can't review the article and prices before publishing them and avoid inconvenience to buyers.

We apologize for the inconvenience that we may have caused you. HTD sells 1000s of new, remanufactured and used parts per year and have very few returns due to our inspection process prior to shipping. It is imperative that we 100% inspect the product prior to listing and prior to shipping each item to ensure our customers get a good product. Unfortunately with several warehouses and employees things happen while we have items in stock, which causes us to cancel vereses shipping bad product.
