Purchased 30 x 3TB drives. A few of the drives failed, and so I ran some rigorous test on all of them. 11 of the drives had major issues either from poor packaging or possibly other reasons. I contacted the seller and they agreed to my proposed partial refund (11/30 of the original cost) thus making this a good deal for both of us.
Slow (2-3 day) responses.
Overall, this seller might be great for you if you want to great price and don't mind spending a little time on fixing/testing things.
