Nearly 2 weeks to receive because somehow got lost in their own warehouse. Customer service I received was excellent, they are Australian. CS in China may be different. K24 Plus is extremely good value for beginners, specs are good. I measured 250 nits brightness, 99% sRGB, 95.4% adobe RGB, 86.4% DCI-P3. Parallax good, pointer lag average. OSD uses buttons but is feature packed, fully adjustable, has sharpness settings. 2.5k is perfectly fine. Returned because screen is too grainy.
