    They advertised the perfume without showing the damages, nor did they specify in the description that the perfume was damaged. When it arrived to me I saw that the perfume nozzel was severely damaged, and all that the seller could say was "i apologise", not even an "im sorry", such a lame apology. I requested a refund and im returning the item, Im not desperate enough to keep your damaged stuff. You should honestly advertise your products instead of being sly and wasting peoples time.

    We apologised twice for the error in listing and offered an instant refund. We explained we are a charity run by volunteers and an honest error occurred which we were very sorry. We did everything to right the situation and the buyer refused to be understanding, rather aggressive, and felt it necessary to shame our charity for an honest mistake. This feedback omitted the actions we took to rectify the situation and therefore is unfair and dishonest. Do not do business with this buyer.
