  Great service from the seller for some Ford Kuga floor mats. They are clean and as new, just as in the listing: definitely excellent value. There was an issue with Yodel not delivering but stating delivered after they were expected. The seller was excellent in dealing with the issue. The mats arrived 5 days after the delivery date stated by Yodel. The seller ensured that a bad courier didn’t affect their service to me. I definitely recommend using Partsdealers.

  Just used the last one I bought from this seller due to a puncture and needed a replacement. Went straight to this seller as they performed well last time. Product was a fair price and it was despatched/ delivered very quickly. The condition is excellent and the best before date is longer than that as advertised.   I can't obviously provide feedback if the item works or not, as it is to be used only in the event of a flat tyre emergency, but I can testify the item arrived quickly, was well packaged, it is in a sealed plastic bag and it looks genuine and unused. Its expiration date is 11/2024 as described and I am trusting the seller is correct that it can still be used effectively.

  Excellent customer service. Originally my first order was received and was for the wrong model. I i was annoyed with the fact it was incorrect and didn t give them a chance to sort the issue out before I contacted them leaving a poor review. But as soon as I contacted them they couldn t do enough to rectify the mistake. They even organised collection of the wrong product so no te wasted for myself to post the return.
