    Terrible experience with Hunter Fan company that has a poor inventory control and lies to Ebay. Hunter fan company did not ship the two fans that I ordered. Upon asking their customer support I was told that the fans are not in stock and that an alternative will not be offered. Worst of all is that they lied to Ebay and stated that I asked to cancel. Their help desk consists of staff that takes zero responsibility for their own mess and does not care about the issues caused on customer's side.

    Order lost in shipping on time-sensitive project. No way to get "live" assistance from Hunter Customer Service Department number even though purchased on Hunter's e-Bay storefront and could track on Hunter's website. Requested they ship me a new item while they deal with FedEx and instead they refund my money and force me to reorder, pay again, and wait for a credit. Whole ordeal took weeks and all I wanted was an 18" Downrod in Fresh White to hang a ceiling fan. Should have bought generic.
