Positive for ebay, they offered solutions of which I took one. Although I only received 30% of the refund due for the damaged goods, I decided to accept that & keep the curved back brush. My husband is trying to fix it. If I had persevered I know ebay could have got the full refund. But I would still not had the item I wanted. The fault is with the seller. The item was not packaged properly, just in a plastic bag & not padded in any way.
