    Disappointed with the postage!!! Ordered 2 items and tried to use the combine postage button, refused! Charged 2 lots of postage so expected 2 parcels: they came in the same small package so should have only paid one postage. Delivery also took over 3 weeks. The items were fine, have bought before and will again, maybe a different seller, just won't buy 2 things at once again. Ripped off!!!

    Received the item on time - price as attractive - but the item quality was not satisfactory. Upon informing the seller he sincerely apologized and volunteered to provide a full refund - which I did not expect. Very polite and genuine communicator, Refunded the Money without any fuss. Hope he does well in his business. Understand that he not a manufacturer or producer but reseller only. Hence I have no qualms - a trustworthy merchant for sure. A request, better quality makes happy customers.

    The item listed four options, but I received a generic one. The dimensions were completely wrong, making it unusable. I contacted the seller multiple times, but they were unresponsive and dismissive, repeatedly ignoring my concerns. The entire experience was frustrating, and I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this seller to others.
