  Ordered this for my 4 year old grandson on 10th December with delivery expected between 17th and 26th December. After numerous messages and being told it would be sent ASAP a tracking number was issued 3 day's later but australia post still has not received it 14 day's after purchase. Now my grandson doesn't have a Christmas present. Will not be buying again from this seller

  Ordered on Jan 22nd, 2 weeks later requested tracking was then posted on Feb 3rd. Tracking did not work. 3 more emails asking for tracking, emails I got back were related to cancelling the order. Don't want to cancel, I would just like the tracking details. Last email back said, Hi There We regret to inform you that your package was damaged in transit and has been returned. We will resend your package, but please be advised that it will experience a delay of 5-7 working days. Refund offered.
