Didn't see these were open items (maybe they changed the ad) I filtered out everythingbut new, there's no actual photos in the ad. I bought 3, the packaging was just trashed. I reached out to them, seller was very rude. I would suggest finding someone that stands behind the products they sell. I own a business myself, I would never talk to my customers like this guy did. Once you paid..your money is gone. Hope they work. The pictures are exactly how I received them.

Don't normally reply, but for fallacies we will. Firstly, you cannot change a listing after sale, eBay does not allow this. These were clearly listed OPEN BOX. Buyer threatened to leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK if we did not exchange for new. Clearly there is not enough money to burn in this situation. We were never rude, clearly replied with facts about the listing to which the buyer threatened to leave negative feedback.
