  The MP3 player wasn't working properly. It was a fault by the maker - not the seller. When I contacted the seller saying that it was faulty the seller replied immediately and suggested to do some testing to see it it could be fixed. When this didn't work the seller quickly replaced the item. It was great service provided by the seller.
