    The items were sent as described. Upon delivery, however, 2 of the 10 new batteries were actually faulty, inside their sealed packet (likely unbeknown to the seller). The seller was swiftly contacted about the 2 faulty batteries & immediately replaced them in rapid time, via post. This was very welcome & demonstrated very good customer service. Thanks. The seller also demonstrated prompt & respectful communication & provided reasonable postage in sending the purchased items. Thanks.

    I did not receive the items sent in time because they were untracked Auspost misplaced it at the post office. When I went to ask again about it they searched and found it for me. Meanwhile I contaced the seller and they offered and even went ahead to send me a replacement without any questions.     A+++ seller. Item is exactly as described. However item was delayed in arriving, as it was damaged during transit with Australia Post. Having this bulky item in a standard envelope only with no added protection was the issue. The rips in the envelope were not made when I opened the envelope, but occurred during transit. Thankfully the item itself was not damaged and arrived fully in tact. See photos for damage sustained during transit

    The seller was responsive and resent my package as it was sent back because I used a Parcel Locker address. Sendle was the original carrier and they should have requested a home address and not accepted a parcel locker address. This is my only comment and recommendation to ensure buyers are instructed accordingly. Thanks very much
