  Even though this seller is new to eBay they still have good prices amazing customer support fast postage and when there is a problem they will do everything they can to help you and solve what is happening with your item the packaging was great and came just as was listed

  BUYER BEWARE: fast communication before purchase but item was still not sent after 1 week & seller refused to answer messages. Finally claimed PC had issues, offered a similar system then just disappeared completely. Seems to be a pattern with this seller as other feedback will testify. I've missed the opportunity to purchase similar PC's due to the time lost with igball. Regardless of cheap pricing, igball is not trustworthy, highly unprofessional & should not be selling on eBay. Shop elsewhere

  Hi, thanks for the review. Some of it is true such as the system having issues which we offered a better system as a replacement, however it seems you left out the abusive messages and the fact that you did agree to wait a little longer when we asked if that's okay. We cancelled your order because we don't tolerate abuse and refuse to continue business with out-of-line customers. We told you the system had issues within hours of the order & It was 4 days, 2 of which being a weekend. Not a week.
