  Ordered echo 590 chainsaw with bar and chain. When I received the package, I noticed that it looked like it had came to a combat zone during the USPS shipping process. When I open the box, the bar was no longer in the box had a big hole where it probably had fallen out during shipping. The chainsaw was busted up. I took pictures and notified the seller, the seller started the process immediately to refund money. The seller did an awesome job making it right?

  Again my apologies brother, i wish i could have done you better but i dont deliver and have zero control over it.... I filed the claim, but it might take up to 3 months for them to refund 100 bux to me lol.... anyways i appreciate your business, apologies for their "super awesome delivery" and if you need anything please let me know...   The item came exactly as described, took it out back to test it and it flies as if it were brand new.
