  Not sure why the wrong number cartridges come up when you're doing a search. I bought these by mistake. Contacted seller within an hour; however, they were already packed to go and the order couldn't be cancelled. They immediately started the process the return. Paid for shipping back and refunded me in a few days. Have purchased from them previously and would do so again.

  I have ordered from this seller many times as their prices are the best around. On one of my recent orders I had a problem with loading the cartridge.. They instructed me of two ways I could override the process, but neither worked. They immediately refunded me the cost of the cartridge and I ordered a new one and got it very quickly. They went above and beyond to assist me. I will continue to purchase my ink from this seller as I have been very satisfied with them.

  This is the second time i have purchased a cartridge from this seller and like the first order the item was delivered in a short amount of time,and the price is much better then buying from a store.Another plus is the seller includes a pre-paid postage envelope so the old cartridge can be recycled.Would be nice though if as a repeat customer there could be a slight discount for returning the old cartridge...just a thought.

  Received two ink cartridges, as advertised, in great shape just a few days after ordering. Far less expensive than buying them at any store. The best thing is they included a postpaid plastic envelope to send the used cartridges out to recycle them. Thank you.

  The item just arrived today, Feb 22 . Original arrival date was estimated Feb 14-18. When I inquired from seller about it was late, they were quick to respond that postal service was slow. I used it for about 20 pages of print today. It appears to be fine.see the attached photo, the package looks like something ran over it
