I paid £4.50 for 24hr royal mail delivery, which was perfect, as it was needed in a hurry as a gift. According to tracking, it took a full week for royal mail to receive the item, then 2 more days to deliver it. The seller made no apology for the fact that it was sent too late to be given as a gift. They said I could get a refund, but made no mention of the p&p costs. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.
