On February 9th I placed an order for two vinyls driven by the seller's profile image which shows an Italian flag. I was certain that the shipment therefore took place from Italy. Immediately afterwards I realize that the seller is located in the USA. I ask you to cancel the order immediately to avoid incurring additional customs costs. Seller responds on February 13th at 5.40pm saying the shipping process is too far along to cancel. Disconcerting to say the least.
