    The troll arrived quickly and was packed very well. Shipping was fast and the troll was in great condition. The only problem was I received the wrong troll. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. The seller gave me an option to return the troll or make a $5 offer on the one I originally ordered and keep the troll I received. Since I didn’t know how to return it I opt to make the $5 offer. I was really impressed with this seller because they offer to make things right.

    Overall experience was great, the item was as described, and packaging was great- wrapped in bubble wrap and had packing paper inside a sturdy box. The price of shipping was reasonable and cheaper than some who charge a lot more for same type of item. The item was ordered on a Sunday and shipped out on a Tuesday, which I would consider next day shipping. The value was great for the item ordered. I would use this seller again without hesitation.

    Packaging was fine and game plays as expected. Some minor damage (does not seem to effect it s functionality) on the back side of the cartridge. Looks to have occurred during shipping as the photos of the cartridge provided by the seller in the listing does not indicate the damage. Seller had reached out in apologies for the issue that occurred during shipping and graciously provided a partial refund for the overall sale. Was very much appreciated and good overall experience with the seller.

    Retro Junkers is an honorable dealer - they sent my parcel promptly, but it got damaged in transit (no fault of theirs), and it remains lost somewhere in the USPS network. I told them what happened, and they swiftly issued me a refund. I hope to do business with them again and pray that USPS will handle my next order with a bit more care! Thanks for going the extra mile for customer service.
