  The laptop was described as being the 32GB model, but was actually the 16GB model. This irritated me and wasted my time. I returned it, and even though it was delivered on May 30th and the seller has already relisted it, they still have not issued my refund. I would not deal with this seller again.

  Hi, we refunded and relisted the item on the same day, within one hour of receiving it back. If there was a delay in receiving funds, it would have been due to it being the weekend. We apologize if there was a delay in receiving your refund but it was not on our end. We also apologize you were irritated by our employee's mistake on the ram size, in 18 years on eBay we have made a few mistakes but we promptly apologize and correct them when they happen.

  The iPad didn't work out for what I needed it for. Messaged seller and was give a refund after I had returned the item back to seller. Description said the iPad was fully functional, yet you weren't able to upload apps, only would be able to use the iPad for web surfing due to the age of the iPad. I would do you research before purchasing any item. Packaging could have been better.
