I contacted the seller, and even though I messaged on a Friday (they don’t work weekends), they promptly responded on Monday. They were very professional, eager to resolve the issue, and immediately shipped the missing stand. It arrived the next day! Super happy with their after-sales customer service.     I was promised a 50% refund on a product that I purchased that was incorrectly illustrated on their shop page. Over a month later and several messages I still haven’t seen my refund and their only response is this is a eBay issue and not something they can assist with anymore. Feel very disappointed that the vendor refuses to assist in something that they are responsible for.

    I purchased 2 speaker stands from infinite appliances, there shop is a 2.5 hour drive from my house, it took 3 days for my package to arrive, once I opened the package I soon realised I'd only been sent 1 stand which was extremely frustrating, I contacted the store straight away to let them know they had stuffed up my order, from then it took another 4 business days for my 2nd stand to arrive 🙄 when your paying $100 for delivery you expect a much better experience then what I received 🤨
