We specialize in resale of used and refurbished devices, acquired directly through major Carrier trade in programs. Every single device goes through a full detailed testing process before it is listed for resale. Devices which fail our testing process are listed for parts and we also deal in a wide variety of devices which are sold for parts or meant for repairs.

The buyer has not reviewed the title, description , seller notes or the 10 images attached in the listing . The description and seller notes clearly state " Issue: Front glass has hairline cracks , LCD and Touch is fully functional. Please see images. ". If the buyer only jumps to buy based on the price and does not review any of the seller notes, description , images or titile itself how are we responsible. Feedback is incorrect and unfair.
