  I received the wrong colour balloon. I contacted the seller and they were sure that it was the correct colour even after I sent photos proving it wasn’t. I had previously ordered the same balloons the week before and needed more, so I knew they weren’t the right colour. The seller said they will resend the correct colour after I sent more photo comparisons and I have still not received it. Very disappointed in the customer service.

  In the process of having ebay refund me. I've reached out so many times and when they have bothered to reply, it's the same two messages. I just wanted to cancel the order or refund it since they don't even have it in stock, yet they are making it hard. They rejected the cancellation, while telling me they refunded me and they hadnt. Now they haven't even bothered to respond to the case so I'll just have to wait it out and wait for ebay to pay me back. Do not recommend this seller.
