The Post Office said they'd delivered it, but it obviously went to the wrong address and there was some frantic communication with the seller to locate it, and the seller's efforts to resolve were excellent. He was ready to send a replacement when the original magically appeared.(probably went to a neighbour) Good service from him,(recommended) crap from the Post Office.

Be warned. This is for INKS ONLY - its says it in the small print. It does not come in a compatible bottle despite asking for your printer model (pointless question if its only the ink being sold). Seller is also extremely patronising. Probably the worst interaction I have had with a seller for a long time.
