The order was lost in the mail. Seller and buyer communicated and decided to wait for the item to turn up. Was sent from Britain through Royal Mail and then to Canada via ?? Tracking was useless. In good fairness, seller offered to resend or refund. Buyer chose to wait longer but no show in delivery. Buyer has had this problem/lesson now learned with Royal Mail before, so finally gave up and got refund from seller.
Negative feedback only for Royal Mail but NOT for this seller.
