    I sent information wanting to know if these models were working at the time, They sent me an answer stating they don't give out any more details on what The advertiser had stated in describing these Items, knowingly that if the truth Be known to the customer about these models do not run as an ordering working Model locomotive. They would no doubt loose the sale. I there for lodge my complaint about this company not replying with there necessary Info, it is trickery and deception totally

    Questions asked at weekend when nobody was working - Our business hours are in the listing, then purchase was made before we could answer, Nowhere in the listing were they described as working locomotives and the photos clearly show these are models only. There are many being sold on ebay by different sellers. We didn't deceive you just didn't do due diligence and rushed to buy. Had you contacted us we would have happily accepted a return and refund
